4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only when needed:
- Travel suppliers who provide your arrangements: hotels, airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, transfer companies, and excursion and experience providers. They use your information under their own privacy policies.
- InteleTravel UK, the ABTA member we are affiliated with, and our suppliers that hold ATOL, when they are involved in your booking.
- Service providers. These are the companies whose technology we use to run our business: our website and enquiry system (Lovable), our business email and cloud storage (Apple iCloud), and our bank and card payment providers when you pay us directly. They store or handle your information only on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes.
- Messaging platforms when you contact us through them: WhatsApp and Instagram, both run by Meta.
- Professional advisers and industry bodies: our accountants, insurers and legal advisers, and ABTA or the Civil Aviation Authority where needed to resolve a complaint or claim.
- Authorities, such as border, police or tax authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the UK
When you travel abroad, we have to share your booking details with suppliers in your destination so they can provide your arrangements. Some of our service providers may also store data outside the UK. When that happens, we make sure the transfer is protected, for example by UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
6. How long we keep it

| Booking records and invoices | 6 years after your trip, for tax and legal reasons |
| Passport details | Deleted within 30 days of your return |
| Special requirements | Deleted with the booking record, or sooner if you ask |

7. How we keep it safe
Access is limited to the people who need it, our accounts are protected with two-step login, and we don't keep passport copies once they are no longer needed.
